Objectives:
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
- Work with the internal team to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings
- Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
- Stay on top of accounts, making sure they’re receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs
- Meet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the executive team regularly
- Occasional paid travel to events and clients - don't worry, if you can't travel, just let us know during your interview and we will still consider your application
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in a customer service role
- Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field.
- Master’s degree preferred in a related field
- Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
